Terms of service

These are the terms for reading burgashell.co.uk. I've kept them short and plain so they make sense before anyone needs to argue about them.

Accepting These Terms

You accept these terms by loading or continuing to use the site. They apply as written on the day of your visit, and there is no separate click-through. If you don't agree with them, please close the page.

What This Site Is

burgashell.co.uk is an editorial resource about Janitor AI, a platform run by JanitorAI, Inc., and it is not the platform itself. Nothing here is customer support, so account recovery, refunds and billing questions belong with Janitor AI's own help center. What you read here is information and opinion based on the sources listed on the methodology page.

Intellectual Property

The site's text, layout, illustrations, logo and stylesheet belong to burgashell.co.uk unless another credit is given. Janitor AI, Janitor+ and the names of other platforms, stores and services are trademarks of their owners and appear here only for identification. Store listings and help-center rules quoted on the site remain the property of their publishers.

You may quote short passages with credit and a link to the source page. Republishing full pages or scraping the site wholesale requires my written agreement first.

Accepted Use

You may use the site the way a reader would: read it, follow links and click through to platforms you choose. You may not try to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume or frame its content in a way that misrepresents it. You also may not use it to break the law where you live.

Third-Party Content and Links

Outbound links lead to sites I don't control, including Janitor AI, its alternatives, store listings and press articles. Their content, availability and terms are their own responsibility. Links that pay a commission are covered by the editorial policy.

Disclaimers

Each page is accurate to the best of my knowledge on its review date, but platforms change prices and rules often. A fact that was right in October 2026 may be wrong a few months later. If you spot one, please treat it as a correction and send it through the route on the editorial policy page.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or clinical advice. Quoted rules describe what a platform says, not how they apply to your situation.

Affiliate Disclosure

Yes, some outbound buttons are affiliate links. If you sign up or subscribe through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. What that revenue may and may not influence is set out on the editorial policy page.

Limitations of Liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, burgashell.co.uk and its editor are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from using the site or acting on its content. This does not reduce any consumer rights you have under mandatory law where you live.

Changes to These Terms

These terms can change when the law or the site's operation changes. Substantive changes update the page's dateModified and are noted in the editorial policy log. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Jurisdiction

The site is run from the Netherlands, so Dutch and EU law govern these terms. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your own country or state.

Contact

Questions about these terms come to me on LinkedIn. I reply within seven working days.
